Sasol has announced the appointment of Antje Gerber as Executive Vice President (EVP): Chemicals and member of the Group Executive Committee. She joins Sasol on 15 April 2024.
In a career spanning more than 30 years, Antje has held executive roles at several major chemicals players including Venator Materials Corporation, HB Fuller and Evonik AG.

(Transnet) and owner of South Africa’s railway, ports and pipeline infrastructure, today announced a first-of-its-kind public-private partnership to improve rail transport reliability in South Africa.
Priscillah Mabelane, our Executive Vice President: Energy Business, has decided to resign from Sasol to pursue other opportunities. Her last day with us will be 31 March 2024.
Priscillah joined Sasol in September 2020 during a very difficult period in the company’s history and has been an integral member of our team. We appreciate the leadership and expertise she contributed to Sasol, especially in the Energy Business, over the past three-and-a-half years.
Johannesburg, South Africa - Sasol South Africa Ltd (Sasol) and Air Liquide have concluded three Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with Enel Green Power RSA for the long-term supply of 330 MW of renewable power to Sasol’s Secunda site in South Africa after the signing of a third 110 MW-agreement that followed the first two PPAs announced in January 2023.
